Lunch and Learn provides an opportunity for businesses or groups to be given a demonstration or talk about the value that can be provided to them on a particular offering.

It is a way of allowing people to meet me, hear me speak and sample some of the value I can deliver to them and their team.

It lasts for about 20-45 minutes, for any group size in any organisation and it is specific and highly informative.

I particularly use this opportunity to boost the morale of the group or team. This is to leave a lasting effect that surpasses just a training session.
